All jokes aside, of course there is always the possibility of cancelling your Premium subscription conveniently and immediately. In this article, we’ll explain how - and maybe in the end, you want to stay anyways.
Here is the step-by-step guide for terminating your subscription:
1. Log in to your premium account here
2. Click on "Account" on the left sidebar
3. Click on the three dots next to "Manage Subscription" and choose "Cancel Subscription"
4. You will then be guided through the cancellation process!
Your subscription will then expire at the end of your subscription term and there will be no further charging attempt from our side.
Note: If your subscription bill hasn’t been paid before the cancellation, you might receive charging attempts from us, even after your subscription was cancelled. In this case, please update your payment method.
Will my credit card information be deleted?
We like to hold on to one last thing to retain some memories about the times we had.
Actually, due to legal regulations in Germany, we are obliged to store customer data in the system for 10 years. The regulations on the obligation to retain data can be found in §131, §132 of the Bundesabgabenordnung (BAO).
Your data will not be used for other purposes, it will only be stored and archived in our system.
Don’t worry, we will keep it safe in our system for 10 years, but forever in our hearts.
Can I get my money back?

The not-so-good-news: If your subscription runs longer than 30 days, we are unable to offer any refunds as it was your own omission to cancel in time. Also, in case of disrespecting or disregarding our guidelines and policies as well as fraudulent or viscous behavior, we reserve the right to evaluate if a refund can be granted.
Ending a relationship is tough enough. Please allow us to take 5 - 10 business days to come to terms with this heartbreak and process your refund until you receive your money back in your bank account. Time heals all wounds.
Didn’t mean to cancel and want to re-subscribe?
Letting go is tough.
Thankfully, in our case, we can get back together. You can re-subscribe whenever you want easily and pick it all off where it ended by getting back to your subscription. Here is how you re-claim our hearts:
- Log in to your Premium account with your credentials you signed up with
- Navigate to your settings area
- Click “Re-activate subscription” and follow the instructions
- Enjoy Premium benefits again
Please note that after a re-activation, we cannot offer any refunds when terminating the fellow subscription.

If you’ve signed up for Premium, it’s best to lock your card; this is a criminal organization. Even long after you’ve cancelled your subscription, they will use your card details to re-subscribe and launder their illicit funds. There is no way to remove a saved card from the account; I just lost $10 on an old account I hadn't used in a very long time (at least three years).
