How to create a Linkvertise post – Linkvertise Creator

With more features and a much more intuitive, cleaner and visually more appealing design, it has never been easier to create and publish your post.

We’ll show you how to find the perfect setup to give your post the spotlight it deserves.

Before you start

Your estimated revenue will always be displayed at the top - you can collect points for the settings you select and boost it! The higher the score, the higher your potential revenue. The calculation will be based on the settings you select.

For example, unlock actions will impact your estimated revenue. By deactivating certain settings, your estimated revenue might drop, because your audience will have instant access to your post.

For some instances, this approach might be suitable, for others, you might want to focus on boosting your revenue a bit more - you’re the boss.

Important notes and tips:

The score only indicates the estimated revenue potential in relation to one visitor. That means, if the score is 100/100, you’ve set yourself up to earn as much as possible with an individual visitor. However, if you don’t have any visitors, you won’t earn anything, of course.
Also, visitor quality is important. Premium visitors, for example, will help you earn more than non-premium visitors.
Please be aware that it’s not a guarantee to earn more than you’ve done before as there might be fluctuating amounts of visitors or visitor quality.
You can always go back and edit your post’s settings, so try to finesse the best settings for you and your audience.

Start post creation

On desktop devices, use the orange “Post & earn” button in your sidebar to start the creation process.

For mobile devices, it’s the big orange “+” button at the bottom of your screen that brings you there.

Type

You’ll now get to choose whether you’d like to redirect to a download link or a text file. Keep in mind that you can only use one of them at a time.

Create a LINK

Want to send your audience to a download link or website? Just pick this option. Make sure you use the right URL format. That means, your link should start with http:// or https:// (depending on which variant the website uses).

Create a TEXT

There is also the option to insert a text. Click the option to directly enter your text (e. g. code-snippet) into the input field.

Meta

Now, the fun part begins. You’ve got multiple customization options to choose from. You can go in-depth or choose the fast lane to create your post - however you like it.

Visibility

First up: Do you want to publish your post on our discovery platform for a boost in visibility? If you turn this on, you’ll be required to set a few extra details - but your post could reach significantly more people being listed on our discovery platform, because users will be able to search for it directly on Linkvertise.

No visibility, no problem:

If you’d rather skip this option, you are only required to set a title and you are good to go!

Title

Keep it descriptive and catchy – describe your link in a way that instantly tells people what they’ll get. Think of it like a headline: clear, memorable, and straight to the point.

YouTube Video (optional) and image gallery

Humans are visual creatures.

Did you know that 90% of the information transmitted to the brain is visual? In fact, our brain processes images 60.000 times faster than words. Wow, right? That’s why we’ve made it easy for you: You can upload up to eight images to bring your post to life. Add an eye-catching thumbnail and/or even a YouTube video to provide more depth to your content.

It’s a great way to stand out, look pro, and grab attention fast!

Description

Well, what about the other 10% of info your brain picks up?

Don’t worry, that’s where the description comes in. A solid, well-written description is more important than you might think. It helps us understand what your post is all about and figure out which search terms it should show up for. Plus, it gives your visitors more context, builds trust, and makes your post look way more legit – which means they’re more likely to click on it. It’s worth being creative.

Congratulations, you’re now ready to set the access options for your post!

Access

So, now that your post is a perfect mix of spot-on keywords, eye-catching visuals, and descriptive, trust-building text – it’s time to get down to business. You’ve set the stage, but your access options control the show, impacting your revenue significantly.

Ads are always turned on, meaning every user will see one ad before unlocking your post.

Actions

Allow us to choose between multiple network actions your users must complete to unlock your post. Keep all actions activated or customize the selection - your call!
There are two options for you:

All
If you leave this setting activated, Linkvertise will find the best network actions for you in regards to your audience.

Custom
Customize the network actions yourself.

We will add more network actions soon. As of right now, you can allow us to display 60 minutes of waiting time for some users. But here’s the deal: Direct access is always on, so if you keep waiting time active, most users won’t see it – only a few will actually have to wait.

However, this more revenue-oriented setup can boost your RPM and can help you earn more overall.

In case you don’t want your users to wait at all, you can de-select the waiting time. Just be aware that it might lower your RPM and potential revenue.

However you decide - our algorithm will make the best user-based decision on what action to display.

And that’s it! You can now share your post with your community!

Now you’re all done and ready to earn. You can publish your post directly or use our new preview feature to check all your settings or go back in and edit certain information.
