Common payment issues

Depending on your payment method, there are different fees occurring. The transaction fees are stated at the bottom left of the Step 2 in your payout settings. For example, PayPal charges 2% of the payout amount. Fees may vary depending on your location as well, as currency exchange fees by your bank can occur to you when transferring USD to your local currency. We recommend you checking out our article about payment methods and duration.

If you're having trouble setting up your payout account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Unstable or slow internet connection: Try to reconnect your WiFi
• Expired login session: Try logging out and back in
• Blocked IP: Try using a VPN or reconnecting your Wi-Fi

Please also make sure you type out the payment details and avoid auto-fill function. Give these steps a try, and if the issue continues, our Support Team is always happy to help you out.

Sometimes, our payment provider Tipalti needs to double check your identity. That’s why we may ask you to provide an ID to make sure your information matches the data you declared in your Linkvertise account. Your requested payouts won’t be processed until the ID was verified. Therefore, ensure that you’ve entered your correct first and last name in your Linkvertise account payout screen - please no gamertags, nicknames from school or fake identities, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your account is payable.

Heads up: If you haven’t linked a bank account, or if you’ve already reached the $2,500 deposit limit, PayPal withdrawals may not work. In that case, PayPal will also ask you to verify your identity.

If your withdrawal shows as successful but the processing time has already passed, the issue may still be related to the points mentioned above.

In this case, please reach out to PayPal directly to ask why the transfer hasn’t arrived. Most of the time, it’s due to exactly these situations.

There are countries on Tipalti’s service that don’t support PayPal, meaning you can’t choose PayPal as a payment method in this country. In order to check whether your country supports PayPal, and to see how long Tipalti needs to process your payment in regards to the payment method chosen, we recommend to check this page.

There can be several reasons for a delay. The most common are:

• Check: 
  A check has been sent to your address. Please double-check that your address details are correct. Keep in mind that delivery can take up to 30 days after processing.
  
  
• Wire Transfer:
  Usually, payments arrive within 1–3 days after being marked successful. Sometimes, however, they can get delayed. That’s why we recommend waiting up to 1 week after the payment is marked as successful. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, just reach out to our us, our Support team is always happy to help. • Bank Transfer:
  Please download your payment receipt and check the Credit Number at the top (in the orange field). Share this number with your bank and ask if they have more information about the payment. If your bank needs any additional documents or verification, let us know - we’ll provide everything needed to make sure you receive your money.

If we ever cancel one of your withdrawals, you will be notified of the reason. Usually you can see the reason below your initial payment request. Sometimes you’ll get a notification by our payout provider Tipalti.
