Depending on your location, we offer different payment options. In this article, we will lay it all out for you and portray the differences, payment fees and expected duration for your payment.
Payout-Information
Entering your correct data is crucial for the withdrawal process. By entering correct data, you will prevent your account from becoming unpayable. Please note we may ask for an identification document upload at any time, when our system detects special or suspicious personal information. If you can't provide such document, you will become unpayable.
Payout duration
All transactions are wrapped up within 5 - 9 business days.
We always try to process each transaction as fast as possible. At the same time, every payout request is carefully checked for quality and security - after all, keeping things safe and legit is as important to us than being fast. Therefore, please allow our team a little time to handle it properly.
Our payouts are 100% reliable and your personal data is secured according to GDPR standards.
Please note:
Bank holidays or other external circumstances can factor in, so that in few individual cases, payouts may take a little longer than expected. Usually, there is nothing wrong with your payment. We just need a little more time to process it.
Fees
A 3% FX fee applies if you withdraw in a currency other than USD. That’s why we recommend withdrawing in USD, even if it’s not your local currency. Your bank may charge you an exchange fee, but it is usually less than 3%.
Payout process
After you’ve requested your payment, our team will look at it and check it for quality control and safety reasons. If everything is fine, we will approve your payment and send it to our payment provider Tipalti. They’ll handle the transaction process according to the information you set in your dashboard and send it to you. After everything is processed successfully, you’ll receive your payment according to your preferred payment method.
Throughout the process, you’ll see the current state of your request in your dashboard. Here’s the meaning behind each state:
Pending
We’ve received your payment request, but our team hasn’t reviewed it yet. It will happen soon.
On the way
Our team has reviewed your request and has send it to our payment provider. According to your preferred payment method, our payment provider will handle the transaction.
Successful
Good news - everything went through and your payment is on it’s way to your bank account! Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours before it shows on your end, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away.

Cancelled
Your payment was cancelled and couldn’t be transferred successfully. This can happen for several reasons. For example, our team blocked your request for security reasons or Tipalti cancelled the payment due to missing documents for an identity check. If a payment fails, the withdrawal request is automatically canceled and your balance will be refunded. Please note that if Tipalti cancels your payment, Tipalti will charge a $5 processing fee for each failed payout attempt from your balance.
