Smarter support starts here — clearer, faster, better.
At Linkvertise, we’re always working to give you the smoothest, fastest, and most reliable experience possible. We are releasing this feature next week!
Here's what this means for you:
- Your request gets the right attention — tracked, documented, and sent to the right specialist.
- More accurate answers for payouts, creator earnings, post issues, and account topics.
- Faster resolutions with no chat queues and better prioritization.
- Consistent, high-quality support with all conversations stored in one place.
In short: We’re not reducing support - we’re making it smarter and more tailored to you.
Our goal remains the same: to help you on Linkvertise!
How does it work?
- Go to the Support Tab
- Click Contact Support to create a ticket
A new tab will open where you can submit your request.
🔥How to Write a Ticket Like a Pro
- Select the right topic so that your ticket is routed to the responsible support team.
- Describe your issue clearly by providing screenshots or screen recordings (if necessary).
- Avoid creating multiple tickets for the same issue as it may cause unnecessary delay response.
After submitting your ticket, our support team may need up to 2 business days to get back to you. We’re available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CET - and we’re already on it. Thanks for your patience while we take the time to give your request the attention it deserves.
How will I know when my ticket has been answered?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as a support agent replies (And yes - checking your spam folder is always a good idea 👀).
You’ll also see an alert directly in your Creator Dashboard, so you never miss an update:
Where do I find the tickets that I created?
- Go to the Support Tab
- Click on View requests
Your tickets can be found under My requests.
Types of Ticket Statuses
- Open – the ticket has been sent and is pending for the support team to reply
- Awaiting your reply – the support team has answered you, and is waiting for your reply
- Solved – the ticket has been solved/closed
What if I submitted a ticket but didn’t get a confirmation email?
There’s no confirmation email when you submit a ticket - but no worries, you can always find all your requests under View requests.
What if my issue wasn’t solved? Can I reopen the ticket?
Yes! If your ticket is marked as solved but you still need help with the same issue, simply open the ticket link again and submit your reply - it will automatically reopen.
Is there any other way to get help, without creating a ticket?
Yes, of course!
Many common questions are already fully explained on our Help Center. Save some waiting time and check it out!
Once again, thank you for your understanding and for being part of the Linkvertise community.
We’re excited to keep improving your experience — one upgrade at a time.
Your Linkvertise Team 🧡
