Changing your settings – Linkvertise Creator

You’ve created your account, but you aren't sure how to change any of your settings? After reading this article, you’ll know how to do all of these things yourself.

Your settings

First things first, for every change we’re going through today, you’ll need to be logged in to your account. So, make sure you’ve got your login email address and password ready.

Go to your profile page through your sidebar tab. Then, click Account Settings to jump into your settings area.

Change your display name

The display name is the name displayed next to your content. You can edit your username anytime. Select your current username at the top of your account area, change it and save the changes.

Change your avatar color

You can set the color to your avatar that will appear next to your username throughout the platform. Pick a color and save the setting.

Change your password

To change your password, select Password in your settings area and start the reset process. We'll send you an email to confirm your request. After confirming, you can choose your new password.

Sensitive posts

You can decide how you'd like to handle sensitive content on Linkvertise. You can either decide to blur any sensitive images, but still see sensitive posts, show them entirely or hide them in general. By hiding, sensitive posts won't be shown to you at all to keep it safe.

Change your email address

Changing your email address is actually a passive process you’ll not actually do yourself. In the dashboard, you’ll just navigate to the support tab and write as a message including your new email address. We’ll gladly switch it for you.

Usually this process takes less than 24 hours.
