How to change your password

Hands up, who's never forgotten their password?! 

Since no hands are up, you should take note on this article explaining how to reset or change your creator password on Linkvertise.

Step by step process

Here's a quick step-by-step guide:

• Logout from your Linkvertise account first. Use the three dot menu in your header bar to log out.
   

• Now you should be on our starting page again. Click on "Login" and then “Forgot your password?”.
   

• Please insert your account email. We will send you an email.
   

• Follow the steps provided in the email and choose a secure password.

Choose a secure password

You should use a really secure password. Keep it save! Also you can use tools to keep it stored securely.

Please use a password that

• has at least 6 characters,

• includes both upper and lower case letters, and

• uses at least one number and one special character.

This way, you'll improve security.
