Some quick questions answered
Here are the most important questions answered, so you don’t miss a thing:
How will I log into my new Member account?
The only place to go to will be linkvertise.com. You’ll find the Login-Button in your header bar. If your Creator and Premium account have been synced, use your email and your Premium password to log in. Otherwise, use your old Creator/Premium password with the correct email. That’s it. Simple, right?
How do I find my Creator dashboard?
After logging in, use the sidebar to jump into your dashboard. There you’ll find everything you need - your creator statistics, request a payout or create a new post.
Simple. Smooth. All in one place.
How has Linkvertise identified my accounts?
We used registered emails to map accounts that belong together. That means, if you used the same email to register as a Creator and Premium, we synced your accounts. If you used two separate emails to register, we synced each of those accounts. In this case, you’ll still have two separate accounts.
What is my new Member account’s username?
We used the Creator display name (you can edit the display name in your dashboard settings) to function as the Member account’s username whether it was synced with a Premium account or not.
If you only had a Premium account that was migrated, we autogenerated the username for your new Member account. Users will see this username throughout the platform and it is under this name you publish posts and earn followers.
You can edit your name here.
My accounts haven’t been synced correctly, what now?
Okay, let’s investigate.
If we couldn’t identify identical emails matching your Creator and Premium accounts, we created a Member account for every individual account. That means, in case you registered with different emails, we created a Member account for your Creator account and a Member account for your Premium account, respectively. As a result, you’ll have two Member accounts today. We’re sorry if that bothers you, but identical emails were the only chance to identify matching accounts.

My Premium is expired/cancelled, has the sync worked?
Absolutely. Your new Member account will include the expired/cancelled Premium account. No worries, you can still reactivate at any time anyways in case you miss those amazing Premium benefits too much. Understandably so.
Will I lose my existing creator data, created posts or revenue?
Not at all. You don’t need to worry about anything - all your data will still be there, nothing will be deleted or forgotten.

I tried to register on linkvertise.com but It requires me to pay for premium.
So, I can't connect my publisher account with the member account?
Hi RedAISkye, if you only have one account (Publisher), you don't have to create another one. Please patiently wait until your sole account is automatically merged into a new Member account. Thank you!
Greetings, my name is Jean P. Salib Rivera is talking to you, email hasn't inserted verification code!
